I pulled these from an archive of Lion Country Safari.
This is essentially the best known drive thru animal park. Back in the day, people would have actual lions crawling on their cars and such. But, today, the wildebeests and ostriches are the ones who get close.
The lions have an extra fence of safety.
I imagine people like myself have done stupid stuff like try to feed or pet the lions. “Look a cute kitty!” And they ruined the closeness for everyone.
Or maybe there were lawsuits from people who did not care for scratchy pain jobs. “Who did you tick off? Why did someone key your car with the whole keychain?”
Yeh, check it out. You shoot through the car window, but if the sun is in the right place (usually it’s pretty standard) you can zoom in on some real action.
